Cancellation Policy
Self-Defense Group Class Purchase Policy 1. Reservation and Deposit - To reserve a spot for a group self-defense class on our website, clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. - The date for the group self-defense class will not be confirmed or scheduled until the deposit has been paid. 2. Cancellation and Refunds - Clients can cancel or reschedule their reservation 72 hours or more before the scheduled date without incurring any additional charges, and the deposit will be fully refundable. - Once a reservation is made, the reservation fee (50% deposit) becomes non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation or rescheduling that complies with the 72-hour notice requirement. 3. Rescheduling - Clients have the option to reschedule their self-defense class up to 3 calendar days before the scheduled date. Only one rescheduling per package is allowed. - If a rescheduled date is chosen, the client must provide a new 50% deposit to secure the new date, if deposit not paid during original date. 4. Payment and Balance - The remaining 50% balance of the self-defense class fee is due the day before the scheduled date, by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). - Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified time will result in the automatic cancellation of the event, and no refund will be issued. - Please communicate final payment method during the final agreement for group classes. 5. Upfront Payment Discount - Clients who choose to pay the full amount upfront at the time of reservation will receive a 10% discount on the total cost of the self-defense class. 6. Terms and Conditions Acknowledgment - By making a reservation and paying the deposit, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. 7.
